These Terms & Conditions  govern all business transactions and use of services provided by Fyan Apparels. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Nature of Business

Fyan Apparels is a B2B garment manufacturing company specializing in custom apparel production, including samples and bulk orders.

All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications.

 

2. Quotations & Order Confirmation

  • All quotations provided are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may vary depending on:
    • Material costs
    • Order quantity
    • Customization requirements

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Agreement on all specifications
  • Payment of the required advance

 

3. Payments

We accept payments via:

  • Bank transfers ( For Samples & Wholesale B2B orders)
  • Credit/Debit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Discover) For on-site blanks purchases

Payment Terms

  • Sample Orders: 100% advance payment
  • Bulk Orders:  50% advance, 50% before shipment (unless otherwise agreed)

Production will not begin until the advance payment is received.

 

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All payments are non-refundable once production has started
  • Changes after production begins may incur additional costs

 

5. Product Specifications & Approval

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate design details, tech packs, and measurements
  • Approving samples before bulk production

Fyan Apparels is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 

6. Production & Lead Times

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and volume
  • Delays caused by raw material availability or external factors may occur

We will communicate any significant delays in advance.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP) will be agreed upon before dispatch
  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are handled as per agreed terms

Fyan Apparels is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import duties or taxes (unless DDP is agreed)
  • Courier-related issues

 

8. Quality Tolerance

As standard in the garment manufacturing industry:

  • A ±5% variation in quantity, color shade, size, or minor details is acceptable
  • Slight differences between samples and bulk production may occur

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must ensure they have rights to all designs, logos, and trademarks provided
  • Fyan Apparels is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement

We reserve the right to:

  • Use non-confidential production images for portfolio/marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed

 

10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
  • Cancellation before production may still incur costs (sampling, materials, etc.)

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Fyan Apparels shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Delays caused by external factors (logistics, customs, force majeure)

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total order value.

 

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor issues

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

 

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
