Refund & Return Policy

At Fyan Apparels, all products are custom-manufactured according to client specifications. Due to the nature of our B2B operations, this Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered.

1. Custom Manufacturing Policy

All products are made-to-order based on customer requirements, including design, sizing, materials, and branding.

For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made products
  • Refunds are not provided once production has started

2. Sample Orders

  • Sample orders are non-refundable
  • Samples are produced to help clients evaluate quality before bulk production
  • Any modifications after sample approval are the customer’s responsibility

3. Bulk Orders

Once a bulk order is confirmed and production begins:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be canceled

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Approve samples carefully
  • Confirm all specifications before production

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

We only accept claims under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, OR
  • The product does not match the approved specifications

Claim Requirements

  • Must be reported within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Must include:
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Order details and explanation

5. Resolution Process

If a claim is approved, Fyan Apparels may, at its discretion:

  • Offer a replacement for defective items, OR
  • Provide a partial refund, OR
  • Offer a credit toward future orders

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, returns, or claims will not be accepted for:

  • Minor variations within industry tolerance (±5%)
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen display
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after production or delivery
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable and approved)

8. Order Approval Responsibility

By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges that:

  • All product details are correct
  • Samples (if applicable) have been approved
  • They accept standard industry tolerances

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes are considered a violation of this policy.

Fyan Apparels reserves the right to:

  • Provide evidence of order approval and production
  • Take necessary action to recover losses
  • Refuse future business with such customers
