Fyan Apparels is committed to delivering high-quality garments efficiently to clients worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Samples: 5–10 business days for production before dispatch
  • Bulk Orders: Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity (typically 2–5 weeks)

Production timelines will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer international shipping through reliable logistics partners.

Air Shipping (Express)

  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx, or similar
  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Best for: Samples and low volume orders

Sea Shipping (Freight)

  • Delivery Time: 20–45 days depending on destination
  • Best for: Large bulk orders to reduce shipping costs

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless stated otherwise
  • Charges depend on:
    • Order weight and volume
    • Shipping method (air or sea)
    • Destination country

Shipping costs will be quoted separately before shipment.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country
  • These charges are not included in our pricing unless explicitly agreed

Standard Terms

  • Most shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place)
    → The customer is responsible for paying duties and taxes upon arrival

Optional DDP Service

  • Upon request, we can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping
    → Duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the final shipping cost

5. Shipment Handling

  • Orders are carefully packed to ensure product safety
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided

6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Fyan Apparels is responsible for dispatching the order correctly
  • Any delays caused by:
    • Customs clearance
    • Local authorities
    • Courier service issues
      are beyond our control

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Fyan Apparels is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence
  • We will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue
